Tax rules 182 days

So , I am resigning from my company on August 2026 which marks my 182 days in malaysia.
Because I was away from Malaysia for 1 month in 2026 in March , a tax consultant told me , my 182 days will be recounted from March again
But online I saw the counting can be anytime from January to February a 30 days break wont restart the count
Please help
