Help with loading screens

I had to uninstall and reinstall a game “The hunter CoTw” and now because of it my game launches worse and all the loading screens take 10 times longer than before to load in is there a way to fix this I’ve verified the file’s integrity a few times I’ve done a cache clear trick and have tried Turing all DLC off and on but nothing any ideas?
