First Flight Alone…

I am flying tomorrow from Utah to Dallas and I am so nervous. Ever since I have become a mom, I have had a lot more anxiety. i have always been scared of flying, but I never have to fly alone. but tomorrow I do. turbulence is what scares me the most…. Does anyone know how to track the turbulence? I’ve tried a few sites with no luck
