L1 Scholarship doubt !!!!!!!

I applied for the CFA L1 scholarship this may. The results will be out on 23rd June. This is for the Feb-27 attempt. The issue is that I have my passport under renewal process and I just started it 1-2 days ago. If i get the scholarship, what is the deadline I can register for the L1 attempt. Is it till the last registration date for the Feb-27 date or the last date of early registrations?

Please help me so that I can decide whether I have to go the normal renewal route or an agent/tatkaal route.
