How to file a bond hearing request in Eloy, AZ

I was hoping to get a little guidance on this. A close friend of mine is currently being detained at Eloy, and he has until Monday to file his motion to request a bond hearing. I know the first piece of advice is to get an attorney, and we are trying.

But for now we need to figure out how to make sure that can be filed in the event we can’t get the attorney we’re trying to hire in time.

He has templates for the cover sheet, motion, and certificate of service. And he has a ton of docs to submit as evidence with the motion. The judge has told him he needs to file the motion to request the hearing, but naturally no one can tell him how to do that officially.

Everything I’ve read said it can be done in court; basically, he formally requests to file the motion during Mondays hearing, serves the DHS atty then, and then submits it to the judge with his other documents. He has copies of those for the DHS atty too.

He can’t file online of course, so that’s the info I’ve found on fining while detained pro se. I just wanted to see if anyone would be able to confirm this process (hopefully)
