Help! My eevee won’t let me evolve to a sylveon :(

Hi friends! In need of assistance. I have a 4 star eevee I kept as a buddy for a while in order to evolve it to sylveon. Unfortunately even though I’ve made it to 83 stars total, well over the 70 required, it only shows me the option to evolve it to espeon or umbreon depending on the time of day. I’ve tried swapping buddies (which makes the evolution show as a question mark rather than an outline), restarting the app and my phone, and getting some extra hearts to try to force it but nothing :( I think it’s been about two days since I hit 70 hearts. Has this happened to anyone else, and is there anything else that has worked to fix it? I even asked support and all they said was try to get a few more stars but clearly that’s not doing anything :/
