I first shared this in r/amazonemployees and it took off fast — thousands of views in hours.
I’m bringing it here because what I wrote isn’t just about Amazon or tech.
It’s about how workers in every industry get silenced, retaliated against, and pushed out when they speak up.

I’m a former Amazon insider.

I recently published an investigation called **“What’s Hiding Behind Amazon’s Smile.”**
It hit 175,000+ views on LinkedIn — but barely any public engagement.
Then a former colleague messaged me privately:

“You told my story. I am reading my experience through your words.”

That’s when it clicked.
On real‑name platforms, people are terrified to interact.
Everyone sees the problem, but no one feels safe acknowledging it.

So I brought the story to Reddit — where anonymity finally lets people speak honestly.

I’ve now released a follow‑up investigation: **“Why Amazon CEO Must Be Held Criminally Accountable.”**

Executives often act like whistleblower laws apply to everyone *except* them.

The investigation lays out:

* the documented timeline
* the legal framework
* the evidence
* and why federal enforcement needs to reach the very top — not stop at middle management

Here’s what I want to ask this community — across all industries:

* **For anyone who’s worked under corporate power:** Have you seen the same culture of fear, retaliation, and silence?
* **For workers who’ve raised concerns:** How often do you see leadership dodge responsibility while employees take the hit?
* **For anyone who’s tried to speak up:** How do we fight wrongdoing when the systems meant to protect us still leave workers exposed?

The link to the full investigation is in the comments.

Let’s talk about this openly and safely.
