Is the Netflix movie "funny bad" or is it just mediocre bad?

I know that the Netflix movie is widely panned for being terrible, both as an adaptation and as a standalone film. I also know that there are different levels of bad, with there being a "funny bad" that is funny just because of how bad it is and would be fun to watch drunk/high, and a "dissapointingly bad" which is just boring..

I'm considering making a watch party for it with some of my friends (all of whom who have watched the anime version), but if it's just a "dissapointingly bad" idk if I'd bother.
