DOUBT REGARDING MANIPAL (MAIN CAMPUS) ELECTRICAL ENGG.+ SPEC
How do the newer EE specializations (like VLSI, Cyber-Physical Systems, and Biomedical, Instrumentation) at MIT Manipal compare against traditional EEE
I have the following doubts -
-
Which one will have more exposure and opportunities towards the IT -Sector/coding jobs
-
Which one will have better placements (traditionally, ECE and sometimes EEE get most of the IT+CORE jobs)
-
How hard will it be to get VLSI after 1st year ( or CPS)
4)Acc to 2025, ECE>EE+VLSE>EEE>>ENI>>CPS>>BIOMED
SO if al these branches are merged, will cutoff for EE+ spec drop and EEE rise ??
( -Personally, I am most intrested towards Semiconductors/ IC fabrication/EDA, will aim for companies related to hardware design/chip manufacturing. Which will be the best for me)
Currently around 78XX rank ( 165 met 84.5 boards) can get upgraded to rank under 5k ( if my band changes to 8-(85%), think Manipal agreed to accept re-evaluated score, HAVE ECE in Thapar/IT VIT
Aimed for MSc. semiconductors at Bits, still trying for some MSc missing by 6-8 marks (thinking of drop otherwise)
Please suggest
