Dizziness and symptoms at 80-100 mg/dL? Endo wants a hospital stay, but hasn't seen glucose monitor results. Glucose always in "healthy" range

Title, basically. I feel dizzy at 100 mg/dL, but not consistently. It fluctuates. I feel awful at 80 mg/dL. Doc wants a THREE DAY hospital stay before seeing the results from my glucose monitor, which never went above or below the "normal" threshold.

Is this a severe overreaction on his part? Interpreter will contact him and get back to me on Tuesday, but so far, no one has even looked at my monitor! (Dexcom 7 device)

I'm almost 100% sure my symptoms are caused by PPPD, which I was recently diagnosed with by the ENT. But when I initially shared my symptoms with the endocrinologist, he booked me a 3 day stay. I thought the glucose monitor's results would dissuade him but he hasn't even seen them.

Does anyone else experience blood sugar issues? I have a feeling these are just feelings of false positives, if that makes sense
