Missing information - not tracker says application canceled

Hello! I submitted my application in March 2026. I got the AOR on May 29th and then on June 2nd I got an email that my application is missing information (basically they needed new photo). I submitted the photo today but when I check the tracker, it says my application is canceled. Do you know what is going on?
