10/100lbs Lost. Encouragement Needed

I don’t know if this is the right place for me, but I’m hoping that somebody on here can help me.

At the end of April this year, I began my weight loss journey after a wake-up call that was a long time coming.
In the last 6 weeks, I’ve lost about 11lbs.
I found this out yesterday, and initially I was really proud of myself, and so were my family. But within a few hours, I started convincing myself that it wasn’t enough.

I’m setting out to lose 100lbs (46kg) within the next year. I’m starting to see the number on the scale go down, but it still doesn’t feel like enough. I told myself that any progress was good, no matter how big or small. But I’m so frightened that I won’t reach my goal.

For context, I’ve been suffering from bulimia and body dysmorphic disorder for years, so body image has always been an issue, but it somehow feels a bit worse now.

This really does feel like the beginning of my journey, and I’ve never had this much motivation to lose weight, but for some reason, it feels like I’m losing motivation, instead of getting more.
If someone can help me or give me some advice, I’ll be so grateful. Just please be kind ❤️‍🩹
