what can i do its hidden well

my parents hate me but my mom does it physically and my dad does it verbally i get insulted everyday with slurs and extreme rude words im only 15 this has been like this for 3 years but since im older it has gotten worse my parents have bugged my room to hear everything i say and search on my phone they have cameras to watch me sleep with night vision which is fucked anythine i try to talk back or i saw something my mom doesnt want to hear she punches my head and slaps my face sometimes trying to break my wrist my dad is not the same he shouts at me sometimes only hes the only one whos ok but my mom is horrible to him too shes cheating on him she forces him to sleep on the couch she also spends all his money which is fucked but my dad wont divorce her i do online school because of issues i have with normal school and my dad is out all of the time like from 6-6pm and i get her bullshit all day what can i do about it i know its not as bad as other but i hate it and i want to leave they have blocked emergency numbers on my phone and helplines using a time limit app and they listen in on my convos wit my therapist
