Mood Instability when missing pills

Hi all, wanted to get your thoughts or experiences on this. I m taking 150mg zoloft and Yaz birth control for mood swings/pmdd/anxiety/depression yada yada. Thing is, my short term memory is fried from the zoloft so its been hard to remember to take the meds. I take them together in the morning, most of the time. I set my alarms to take them but by the time those go off, im like ‘in a minute’, do something else, then completely forget to take the pills.

Because of this i end up missing my meds sometimes a few days of the week. After 2 misses, i start feeling bad. Depression starts coming back hard but what concerns me is the absolute RAGE that builds up towards anyone around me. Has anyone else experienced these insanely intense emotions after missing Yaz? Or zoloft? Im not sure what to do
