My girlfriend (24F) of 2 years has slowly stopped putting in effort and I (24M) don't know how to get through to her

ok me (24M) and my gf (24F) have been together 2 years. first year was honestly the best year of my life. she was so sweet, always texting me, planning stuff, all of it. but the last like 6-7 months something is just off and i need advice on how to actually fix this or have the conversation that needs to happen

some context on her: she works full time, no major life stuff going on, no death in the family or anything. things are stable. so its not like theres an obvious reason shes pulled back.

heres whats been going on:

im always the one texting first. always. if i dont send a text she literally wont talk to me all day. i tested it once and went 2 days without texting and she didnt say a word until i caved.

i plan every single date. every one. i asked her to plan something a few weeks ago and she just said "idk what do you want to do" and we ended up just staying in again.

shes on her phone constantly when we hang out. like even at dinner shes scrolling. i brought it up nicely once and she said i was being controlling which kinda hurt because i wasnt trying to be a dick about it i just wanted to talk to my girlfriend.

theres no affection anymore. no hugs when i come over, no random texts, nothing. i tried initiating more and she just kinda… tolerates it.

every time i bring any of this up she says im "creating problems" or being "needy." so now i feel like i cant even talk to her about it without her shutting it down.

the weird part is shes not a bad person. shes never cheated, never yelled at me, shes not mean. shes just checked out. it feels like im dating a roommate who is mildly annoyed by me.

i love her. genuinely. and ive been telling myself its a phase or shes stressed but its been more than half a year now. i need advice on how to have one real conversation with her that actually gets through, or if anyone has been in this exact spot and figured out what was actually going on underneath it. did your partner snap out of it? did it turn out to be something else?

how do i bring this up without her dismissing me again
