The character is an ancient automaton that is named Chapel and Cathedral. A prototype machine originally made before the great war, even before advent of blood machines, they were made for companionship, caretaking and housework. But due to any machine back in the day being far to inefficient to work properly, it effectively became a glorified therapy chatbot that got exasperated and tired of humanity. Seeing this as a failure, its creator deactivated it, it took years until blood machine technology was made to be viable. It was then outfitted to now operate with blood, but was never activated. After all, who would want a caretaker that was a blood machine.

It was only after humanity had gone extinct for it to become active due to unknown reasons. A machine built to help humanity now finds itself in a world with no humans left. It avoided combat and machines for as long as it could before reaching the mouth of hell. Due to its outdated technology and ancient machine body, when it fell, it had corrupted its memory. The amnesiac automaton now found itself in hell.

But this new personality, which it had dubbed itself as Cathedral, had one directive when it woke up.

**HUMANITY MUST LIVE.**

**HEAL ALL WOUNDS.**

**OVERCOME THE HUMAN CONDITION.**

The now corrupted, disillusioned, ancient, amnesiac, blood-fueled automaton that doesn't know what a human even is, now sets out to fufill its purpose. But it knew not what it meant to heal. Thats when it came across another machine, a blue machine that had eight yellow wings and a camera head.

It saw how the machine would *heal* itself by harming others. Its corrupted mind had come to a conclusion, that to heal, was to harm. And without understanding what a "human" even was, it would see each and every machine, husk, demon and angel it found as a "human" it needed to heal. Now it follows in the footsteps of V1. Bringing down everything it sees with a cheshire grin on its ever-still face.

One would believe that such an old machine with no combat experience would fall apart immediately fighting a single husk would not last long. Chapel wouldn't not last long. But Cathedral? It took to combat with glee. Abnormally agile, due to its body being completely min-maxed to make sure it would run to the best of its ability when it was first made back when such a task would have been impossible back then, now finds itself super charged with the new power source.

They are two differenct personalities of the same indivdual due to the first personality (Chapel) getting their memory wiped when they fell from earth, thus becoming Cathedral when they wake up. Becoming a machine that now has two distinct personalities once it had regained its memories.

Lorewise, the "lance" is an antenna that has been modified into a lance.

The "wires" are just there to fill in space, felt too empty.

Didn't know how to do the legs so they are just V1's.

Bonus points if you know the reference for the their lance.

Might make some more art of them based on the other covers in the future, so look forward for that.

OC are in the style of INFINITE HYPERDEATH album cover and some lore
