The companies that feel organized usually have simple processes everyone understands
One thing I’ve noticed:
The strongest construction operations usually aren’t the most complicated.
They’re the companies where people clearly understand:
- How purchasing works
- How costs get coded
- Who approves what
- How billing flows
- How field info reaches accounting
- When reporting gets updated
Simple and consistent seems to beat complicated almost every time.
