Server crash and now can’t get into the game…

My fiends are back in but I’m getting an error saying “results of previous run have not been finalized.” Says I can continue waiting or return to lobby and forfeit the items from the previous run. Neither option is working. I’m on Xbox, anyone got any ideas?
