New build recs

I have built two KPRepublic XD68. And now I am looking to build a bigger size. I want to build a new board. Because one of my xd68 is at work and the other has been swiped by my son.

Desires:
10key is preferred
I would prefer to not solder if possible
MX Reds (lubed) with o-rings on keycaps
Would love wood or anodized aluminum case (doesn’t need to have gasket but would like it)
Aluminum or carbon fiber plate
Programmable usb-c pcb
Pcb mounted screw on stabs

The real problem is budget. I’d love to stay below 150$ all in except for keycaps (I got a set for Christmas I will use)
