Hsv1 question

I saw that it spreads from skin-to-slin contact. I have a few questions.

For information, I don't know if I have oHSV1 or gHSV1

If I lick/bite someones fingers/neck/nipples can I spread it??

Can they get it if they finger me??

I just wonder what contact is completely risk free when I want to be intimate with someone.
