Why do you cruise around playing music loudly in neighborhoods?

The kids, on whom you one day will be dependent one way or another, are trying to sleep before a school day. Moms and dads had exhausting shifts trying to support their families. We are all very tired. We go to our beds for some peace and to sleep a bit before the next day, which will bring struggle and uncertainty.

And we fall asleep, and then there is a ~respectable member of the community~ going down the sleepy street blasting god-awful music. Then another one. Why? Literally no one is impressed.
