Jumpluff gone

So I built the dandelion lunchtime habitat and got them. I moved them to a house. I was checking how everyone felt about their habitat on the machine and it shows jumpluff is average so I went to go find them and I can't. I can't even use the search function because it doesn't show that he exists in my Pokedex, but not does show that he feels average about his habitat. He's just, gone. This has been weeks. And I don't remember exactly which house for sure I put him in but all my houses are full except one which has an empty spot so I feel like that's where he was. I tried rebuilding his dandelion habitat to see if he would spawn but no luck. I think it may be bugged. Anyone have this happen or have recommendations?
