Carousel not posting

Since October 2025 I will have issues posting photo/video dumps. I’ll spend time creating a draft and then when i go to post it fails and will either say “something went wrong. Please try again later.” Or
Something wrong with account settings even though my account is all green.

I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app, turning my phone off, logging in and out! Anyone have any steps to fix this or have experienced this as well?
