25M Looking for roommate (early to mid july)

Hello. Looking for roommate to apartment hunt for an early to mid july lease. I work in Chelsea, so would like to be within 20 minutes by walk or train (ACE/123/L). Preferably a spot in the west village, but open to anywhere tbh. I currently live in Harlem with a lease ending 7/21. Budget is ~3k pp, but flexible for a good apartment. Ideally would find a 2b/2ba or 3b/2ba where I would have the ensuite. HMU if you are interested!
