My PCP put in request for consult home safety evaluation.

What should I expect ? Will they advance the payment ? Who works with the contractor ? Any insight would be appreciated. Mainly looking to have my tub removed and replaced with walk in / some grab bars/ and some railing along the inclined pathway to my front door.
