Oil change

There’s a notification on my car dashboard , saying oil change in 25 days. It’s an 8 month old car and odo is at 3500km. Which oil do I need to use ? Should I go to service center for this to be done or at any local shop ? And also should I give my car for first service right now or wait till 4 more months? Thanks in advance
