Capstone Project

Hello folks,

I am a 4th semester student in Civil Engeering program, I have a problem with my capstone project, I am planning mixing oil and water together to moisturize granular soil, or soil similar to unpave road, the problem is that I am not sure on how to determine the % oil to achive optimum moisture. I appreciate any inputs.
