Assetz Property review

I visited the KIADB area to explore options for purchasing a 3 BHK apartment.

Kalyani Developers: Offers competitive pricing compared to other builders. However, the apartments are compact and not spacious.

Puravankara: Provides decent-sized apartments with good space planning. The pricing and overall offering seem quite reasonable and worth considering.

Assetz Sora & Saki: Offers spacious, premium, and luxury apartments in the KIADB area. The project stands out in terms of design and living space, but pricing is little higher than other 2 builders.

Most of the other projects I visited were more affordable but had smaller apartment sizes.

Would it be better to invest in Assetz Sora & Saki or Puravankara?
