drank a whole beer that turns out had a dead palmetto bug (big scary roach) in it

yeeeahhh so.. was a nightstand beer from last night that i didnt finish. fuckin thing touched my lips on the last sip. needless to say i could blow my brains out right now. could i be in any health-related danger?
