Does your league value players differently than consensus?

I’m wondering what the cost of Herbert would be in everyone’s league. I’m valuing him around 2.5-3 firsts, is that too much? I want to buy him from another manager and I think an offer like rome odunze and a 27 fist would be close, or breece hall and a 27 first. Do yall think that is enough?
