Viral Meningitis?

32 year old female, Mum to 2 young kids
165cm - 54kg
Presented to emergency tachy (140s) 5 days ago with a 8/10 headache. Was already being treated with oral ABs for a sinus infection for 2 days.
Bloods showed CRP 60 but WCC normal.
Respiratory panel showed RSV positive, adenovirus positive and enterovirus positive. I was discharged home and told to rest.
Tuesday headache was worse and went to GP who gave me Oxycodone and told to go to ED if not managing at home.
Wednesday morning I couldn’t even get out of bed the headache hurt so bad and I couldn’t move my neck. Back to ED.
They tried the migraine infusion just incase, but it did nothing. Brain CT NAD. But they never did a lumbar puncture? Just said it’s likely to be viral meningitis from the enterovirus and to go home and rest?
Problem is…. I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and a job… and I feel like fucking shit. Can barely move from bed let alone be a parent? Is this normal?! How long is this pain in my head going to last?!?
