2 year old buds

So I have several varieties of buds that are 2 years old. I know the breaks down to cbd. What are the odds of making butter/oil still giving an energetic buzz? Its all sativa. Is there any better options? They are in different dry bags from dispensaries. They were opened before. Theres no mold.

Would everything i make be a sleeping agent? Not that thats a bad thing. Im an insomniac lol.
