Issues with two sensors in 24 hours?

So I just picked up two Libre 3 sensors today. I put the first one on, and it showed me having concerningly low glucose. I checked it with a finger prick and it was fine. Eventually it said to check again in 10 minutes, then said something went wrong and to change the sensor. Just put the second one on a few hours ago, and it is doing the same thing again, but this time saying to check back in again in 8 hours?! What gives?!
