Brother t710w print unable error 8f

hello, all.

we have a brother printer which keeps acting up with the print unable error 8f. we sent it to the repair shop twice already. also replaced the encoder disk twice already.

first repair time, the technician was able to print pages. when we got it back, we could print up to 10pages per batch until it gives back the same error just after a few times of printing. (we successfully replaced the encoder disk at home before the first repair on shop btw)

sent it back again for repair, and this time the technician replaced the encoder disk again. they were able to print lots of files (we had them do it just to be sure this time), they were able to print batches too. we got the printer home, and the error 8f is back again!!!

it's just frustrating everybody at this point... there's no debris or paper jam etc on the printer, encoder disk was replaced twice, and it still gives back the error 8f again and again... anyone who can help, pls do tell... thanks in advance!
