Padfolio with 3 ring binder that locks?

Hi All,

Very specific question here. I've looked around and can't find anything that offers all these features - most importantly being able to lock the file so it's HIPAA compliant (for dual locking). I've scoured etsy, amazon, office depot, even google searches and can't seem to find anything that does all that. The best I've found is a 2 zipper option that I can potentially find a tiny lock for but was hoping for those inbuilt combination locks.

For those of you that like to write their as well, I would definitely appreciate any other thoughts on storage of notes in a confidential manner too. This is separate from our e-records (we use Simple Practice) that I submit for billing. I typically shred after 2-3 sessions and currently store them in a code-locked document bag; my supervisor uses an ipad with a screen lock code and the HIPAA compliant drive to sign-into for notes for dual locking - do y'all have other notes app recommendations too?

Ideally under $50 but i'd atleast like to hear any options as a starting point if it's above that price. I'm wanting this to look cleaner when I'm writing on my notepad and more convenient to just close the binder and lock it. I was using small notebooks, but felt so bad ripping them up ( (and more expensive). Also, I found that I like having each client on one A4 notepad sheet during session and it's easier for my brain when reviewing later.
