26' Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy AWD - Good Deal?

Based off my research, I negotiated down the price on this Santa Fe over the course of the last few days to what I think is a fair price. Let me know if I got fleeced.

If all checks out, I'm putting the deposit down tomorrow. We cross-shopped against a new RAV4 Limited, and were initially leaning that way until we got the price of the Santa Fe below the RAV (we also just loved the car more).
