Need an opinion on DEIMS Collage.

Based on my current CET marks I think a I have only option which is DEIMS as it is near my house. Doing my Research on Collages in Maharashtra many people warned me to do not Admission in DBATU Affiliated collages. As DEIMS is also affiliated with DBATU but at the same time it is also autonomous. so, i am confused???? Hope you share your experience
