How I make 1-minute AI UGC ads for my insta/tiktok accounts that have made me over $9K from sponsorships

Firstly I'm so tired of seeing all these "comment or hit me up" to learn how to make this, especially when half of them are just trying to funnel people into BS courses.

The truth is, it’s not that complicate it just takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it. So I’m making this for everyone who actually wants to learn how to create AI UGC ads and content without paying some random course seller. Anyway I'll jump straight into it and give you the full breakdown of how you can actually make AI UGC ads and content that actually converts.

The first step is always research if you don't do proper research, no matter what fancy tool or trick you use to generate ads, it won't work. If the script your avatar/persona uses does not resonate with your audience, it does not MATTER!

Research with AI and manually, sure AI gathers a ton, no questions asked but if you don't get your hands dirty digging through forums, YouTube comments, FB groups, and reviews to hear the exact words your customers use to describe their pain, their desires, their dream outcome, you won't be able to judge whatever copy or avatar the AI spits at you. Ai is also not the best at catching social media trends so you'd have to scroll a bit to find trending audios and formats.

Then comes the script I won't go deep here, but one rule is to imagine your writing for a 5th–6th grader. Don't overcomplicate it, keep it buttery so it flows. If you don't want to start from a blank page, you can literally tell chatgpt what you're making and who it's for and it'll give a good starting point. I still rewrite most of it by hand using the research but it kills the blank-page problem.

Next, the avatar. Big mistake people make here they generate these "perfect," crispy-clean images. You want slightly imperfect natural skin, not-perfect lighting, a little softness so it reads as a real person filming on a phone, not a render so include "shot on a iphone 17 pro" in your prompts. I usually use Nanobanana or chatgpt image generation, there the best out there in terms of realistic avatar's

Now the most important part the video generation, you want to use the same avatar reference images with a "4 grid action "of the avatar every time to get consistent results. With time prompting videos will make more sense and you'll naturally get better at it, but for the start I suggest using a template/ premade prompt. I also suggest generating the audio/script of the video first then feeding it into seedance and tell it to sync the script with the video to get the best results. You can use higgsfield, runway, etc. for this but it can be pricey I've gotten a little more advanced so I use bonzi studio since me and some creators share templates across it.

After the video is generated, don’t just post the first output. You need to actually edit it cut the dead space, add captions. Make the first 2 seconds stronger, add viral hooks etc. Make sure the pacing feels native to TikTok, Reels, or Shorts. The final ad should not feel like “AI content.” It should feel like a normal creator made a quick video talking about a product, problem, or solution or just randomly posting really thats the goal. The strategy is understanding the audience, writing a script that hits, making a consistent avatar that's feels believable, generating a solid video, and editing it so it actually feels like a reel.

Keep posting and trying different things till some thing clicks. That's pretty much it!
