Paras Thakur Sir from Unacademy JEE good for JEE MAINS and boards?

Are Paras Thakur sir's unacademy jee live lectures good for jee mains (not advanced) and boards if we pair them with pyqs and additional question practice? Do they cover enough content? I do not need extra advanced content, just all the jee mains syllabus covered, and a little bit of question practice too, but it isn't a problem if the question practice isn't very heavy in the live session, I will practice questions myself.
