LPOTL Community Thoughts on “Programmed to Kill: The Politics of Serial Murder” by David McGowan

Howdy,

I have seen people talk about Programmed to Kill and looking into it, it kind of seems like a kooks book. I was curious on if anyone here has read it and if so what did you think? I figured since those here consume a decent amount of true crime I’m curious on what you think about McGowan because I’m not going to waste my time if it’s just kook theories
