Hi everyone,  
I’m hoping someone has experienced something similar.  
This started around **2016 when I moved to Manila**, and I’ve been dealing with it for almost **10 years now**. It mainly affects my legs, but recently I’ve noticed a few spots appearing on my arms as well.  
The lesions usually start as small spots and sometimes seem to become wounds/scabs before healing, leaving dark marks behind. Over the years, the dark spots have accumulated all over my legs.  
What confuses me is:  
My husband and child live in the same environment and don’t have anything like this.  
My face is completely clear.  
It’s mostly concentrated on my legs.  
I don’t think it’s simply due to insect bites or poor hygiene because it’s been going on for a decade.  
New spots still occasionally appear.  
I’m not looking for a diagnosis, but I’d love to know:  
Has anyone experienced something similar?  
Did you find out the root cause?  
What treatments or products actually helped?

Female  
Symptoms have been present since 2016  
Mostly legs, now a few spots on arms  
No significant involvement of the face  
Leaves dark marks after healing
