can i still get a first?

hey guys so i have one more exam left before i finish uni. my current grade average is a 37. so close to a pass! i've got this in the bag. however i actually need a first because when i was born a fairy godmother visited me and told me that if i get a first in university great things will happen for me. do you think i can bring my 37 up to a 75 in my next exam?
