Are there any counties that will tell you when Frieza siege is active?

I have some friends who haven't been on for a long time and are getting back into it. I also haven't played in a while.

Frieza's siege happened and one of my friends was determined to get all the ginyu track sets but he's miss 2 and had to get off for work. I feel bad he couldn't get it. Any groups that report it or a site that tracks it?
