Encounters with the spirit world or entering a parallel universe?

Lately I’ve really been wondering if I’m having clairaudience (because of constant but subtle ringing in the ears) along with encounters from the spiritual realm. For starters, I see multiple angel numbers daily. Also, I’ve noticed lights flickering randomly and consistently when I walk into a room
or after a while being in a room.
The craziest instance that happened just yesterday was when I was listening to music with my AirPods through my phone, and then all of a sudden the song starts glitching. I thought maybe this is just a random fluke or something, but the same thing happened with other songs I played too! And then I noticed the volume kept going up and down by itself….because I definitely wasn’t adjusting it!!! And at one point I was just so weirded out and scared that I just said “hello?” And I swear..I heard a male voice faintly reply and said “hi.” 😳😱
I definitely feel like I’ve gone through a spiritual awakening aside from all these encounters though, so I guess it makes sense? Like I’m aligned and connected with the spirit realm now maybe. I also feel like I’m more in the 5D earth rather than 3D.
