urine leaking at 17?

Hello , i don’t usually post. But i’ve had this issue for years . i have small urine leaks every day. It can be from anything like sneezing, laughing or literally just standing up. It used to be worse when I was younger because I had frequent utis . Starting from a young age like around 9-10? my last uti was when i was 15. But what i’m saying is it’s been a big insecurity of mine. i’ve treated the utis but never the leakage . it’s now blurred into my smell down there. leading for me to think i had infections. i’ve gotten tested for bv, yeast since middle school. resulting in lots of doctor visits and always came back negative . i’m starting to think it’s because of the urine leaking . I don’t know what to do and how to treat it ? i’ve been to a urologist once, they put a catheter , lowkey don’t even know why . but it leads to a horrible uti . and i never went again. they suggested pelvic therapy but I moved states before I started. Any suggestion on what I should do, i feel guilty asking to visit the doctor again. Sorry it’s lengthy I just don’t know what to do.
