Left Shift and Caps Lock not working

I use a laptop that runs windows 11, my left shift key is spotty and only works sometimes, while my caps lock key hasnt been working for about a month. i've already tried reinstalling the keyboard drivers but it hasnt fixed the issue, and i've tried blowing under the key manually but i dont have a can of compressed air at the moment to try it properly. any help is appreciated!
