Missed Etudes en France window but applied through university portal. Will they still consider my application?

Hey everyone,

I recently applied to a public university Master's program in France for September 2026 intake. I submitted everything through the university's direct application portal before the deadline.

The problem is the university website says Indian applicants need to complete the Campus France (Etudes en France) procedure in parallel. When I tried to register, the program was already showing as closed on the EEF platform.

Two questions:

1. Has anyone been in this situation? Did the university still consider your application?
2. How feasible is the pre-consular route on EEF in reality? Can I use it after getting admission letter to sort the visa?
