Misprint Professor Elm's Lecture?

I just searched through an old set of cards I have and found a 2018 Professor Elm's Lecture card (213/214) that I believe is missing the foil pattern. I also see that the card is off-center and tilted(more visible on back) and after searching around the internet for a bit, I think it could be worth a lot. If any experts can try taking a look and telling me if it's worth anything it would be greatly appreciated!

Info/TL;DR: "Professor Elm's Lecture" from 2018 "Sun & Moon: Lost Thunder" card set. Card 213/214. Illustrated by Hideki Ishikawa. Possibly missing holographic print.When out of the hard sleeve, there is still no visible holo pattern. Card art is visibly misaligned(more visible on back side).
