Small veins at side of nose/nostrils - what do you do about them besides makeup?

Hi, I just had a new bunch show up yesterday after blowing my nose 😭. I already had one or two that didn't bother me much, but now it's enough that I am looking into cosmetic products or treatments - I am a total newbie to this.

I'm based in the EU so thought I'd ask here:

What products or cosmetic treatments have you tried, if any, besides just accepting them or wearing makeup? And have they worked for you?
