[Acne] has anyone with dry skin with Skinbetter Alpharet overnight cream?
I tried to use retinol a few times now and I think my skin is just very very dry and tends to break out whenever I start using a retinol. I was told by my aesthetician that Alpharetta is supposed to be moisturizing enough that you can just start using it regularly under a moisturizer and it should not cause any irritation, but every time I try it, I feel like it very, very dry, even with appropriate moisturizer over the top. I'm using some of their moisturizers and just can't seem to not have tight skin.
Does anyone know if this is normal, if I can really start using Alpharet nightly right off the bat or if you have to work up to build a tolerance?
